My practice is built on the philosophy that the body is an intelligent being capable of healing itself. Disease arises when there is a "chronic stressor" affecting the body regularly. These stressors can vary widely, including mental or emotional strain, nutritional deficiencies, inflammatory diets, parasite infestations, infections, toxic environments (both internal and external), and genetics. When I work with you, my goals are to identify the stressors in your life and empower you to take control of your health.

During our sessions, we cover mental, physical and spiritual goals. Lab testing is offered when needed. My treatment approach uses minimal intervention and follows a phased process, which includes diet and lifestyle education, mental and spiritual health goals, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, and homeopathy. Botanical medicine supports organ systems that may need assistance in functioning optimally. Hydrotherapy uses water treatments to boost immunity, balance the endocrine and nervous systems, and aid detoxification. Homeopathy, which operates on an energetic level, helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing energy using remedies derived from plants, animals, and minerals to address both mental and physical ailments.
